The association is first Polish-wide, independent organization supporting PhD students and PhDs in their professional development. The activity focuses on caring about the PhD diploma prestige and support for careers’ development in public and private sectors, regardless of scientific specialization. The association conducts informative, counselling and training activities, it also participates in international projects concerning role of science in social life and economical development.
