Społeczna Akademia Nauk – (University of Social Sciences) is one of the leading private universities in Poland having  20.000 students and over 1000 academic staff. There are 18 departments, including Management, Psychology, Business, and European Studies. In 2004 we established Entrepreneurship and Economic Development Research Institute – an independent research unit, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship spirit among students and assuring professional know-how in  that field.

Apart from main activity the University is a significant institution of persistent adult education (LLL) offering tailored courses for adults in different environments, including people with migrational background and organizing numerous conferences. We have been the coordinator of KA2 project  “Multilingual Families – Supporting Multilingual Families – a linguistic treasure for Europe” www.multilingual-families.eu  and “Multicultural Schools” – http://www.multicultural-schools.eu/ .

Thanks to our Polish Open Academy we offer study programmes over the Internet as well. Our task is to support traditional lectures and trainings as well as promote modern teaching methods. We are competence centre for methodology, technology and organisation of eLearning.

As an educational organization  our University  promotes a multidisciplinary approach, bringing together researchers from a diversity of backgrounds (economics, humanities, fashion etc.)  Our University has potential to provide support  to project’s activities having an immense expertise and experienced staff in respective field.


Marta Kędzia

She is a specialist in international cooperation and global marketing. For more than 15 years she has been managing, supervising and implementing international projects in educational institutions. Currently she’s been cooperating with numerous European and Asian institutions. She is an author and co-author of many interesting international projects implemented under various EU programs, several of which were awarded at European level as examples of good practice. She is an international trainer authorized to deliver courses in 12 business competences (including competency for entrepreneurship etc.) and a trainer of Global Marketing and Capstone courses at Polish branch of the Clark University, MA. For many years she has been involved in project research works in the area of employment, career guidance, entrepreneurship, education and multiculturalism.
